Vision, Paul Bettany, Captain America: Civil War …

If this summer's Avengers: Age of Ultron wasn't quite big enough for you, then Captain America: Civil War could just be the movie you've been waiting for. Not only does it feature almost all of Earth's Mightiest Heroes, old and new (except for Thor and Hulk), Paul Rudd returns as Scott Lang from Ant-Man, with Chadwick Boseman making his debut as Black Panther. One of the several returning characters is Paul Bettany's Vision, who became one of the new Avengers at the end of Avengers 2. Paul Bettany held a FAQ session at the AsiaPOP Comic Convention this weekend, revealing to the Philippine Entertainment Portal that Vision will be both "omnipotent" and "naive" in Captain America: Civil War. Here's what he had to say about his preparations for this new movie.

So I suppose we can assume that the all-powerful AI will survive the next film (we probably would have assumed that anyway), and that Vision will have a significant role in the future of the MCU. It's possible that he will help form a new team of Avengers, along with other relative newcomers like Scarlet Witch, Ant-Man, and maybe Spider-Man.
